Answers!

G-dawg has revealed herself to me!!!!!!!!!!!!! But I shall keep her anonymous to you all :o)
So now I shall answer her question about the Stroganoff.....

It does always come out a bit soupy. But the flavor is so wonderful that I never care. If you do want the sauce thicker you can do what Rebecca suggested to do int he comments..... she added flour and cut back on the beef broth. Or you can mix 1 TBL. of cornstarch with a bit of cold water and mix well. Add this to the bubbly broth mixture ,BEFORE you add the sour cream, and let it simmer a bit. Then add the sour cream and you should be good to go.

By the way, Rebecca also noted in the comments on the Stroganoff some other changes she used. She did say "red wine vinegar" and I want to note that it is just Red wine that was used, not red wine vinegar.

I will be out of town for the rest of the week so I shall chat with you all again next week!!!!!!!!!

Happy Cooking!
