Honey Pork Chops

Honey Pork Chops

-6 pork chops (bone in or no bone. You choose.)

-½ cup honey
-¼ apple cider vinegar
-¼ tsp ground ginger
-1 tsp. Dried garlic
-2 Tbl. Soy sauce
-dash of pepper

~Add all ingredients to ziplock bag.
~Seal and mush

SERVING DIRECTIONS:Thaw completely. Place pork chops and marinade in a baking dish. Bake at 350* for 1 hour 15 minutes (or less if using boneless), turning chops occasionally while baking. Pork chops may also be grilled.
