Breakfast Biscuits

I will be working on a post to give you all of my resources for Filling My Freezer. Look for it sometime next week, hopefully :o)

This is the first time that our cooking group has ever made these, as well. They were very easy to assemble.

These are so handy to have in the freezer. You will want to make lots as they will go fast.

Breakfast Biscuits (makes however many you want to make)
Biscuits (you can either make your own or buy the refrigerated or frozen ones and bake them)

Scrambled eggs (scramble one egg for each biscuit that you made, you can also use liquid egg if you have it)

Bacon, ham, or sausage (one slice for each biscuit)

Cheese, whatever kind you like best (one slice for each biscuit.)

~Slice biscuits in half and lightly butter each side.

~Top with egg, meat and cheese.

~Wrap each biscuit, individually, in plastic wrap and then put them into a ziplock bag to freeze.

SERVING DIRECTIONS: Unwrap desired number of biscuits and microwave in 30 second intervals until warmed through. Or, place them on a baking sheet and heat in the oven at 300* for about 10 minutes.
