Mexican Skirt Steak

Mexican Skirt Steak
beef skirt steak (however much you think will feed your family)

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/2 cup V-8 juice

1/4 cup olive oil

1 Tablespoon garlic

2 tsp. chili powder

1 tsp. cumin


~Put all ingredients into a ziplock bag and seal. Mush to coat meat and throw it in the freezer :o)

Cooking Instructions:Thaw completely. Grill or broil for 8 – 10 minutes per side. Serve with rice, tortillas, beans, whatever floats your boat.

We sliced ours up and made burritos. It was yummy! And I now realize why I never post pictures of food (besides that fact that I always forget) I take terrible food pics :o) Oh, well, I shall keep trying.
